New Baby Alert: Scott Stapp's New Baby's Name

Creed frontman Scott Stapp and his wife Jaclyn welcomed a son named Daniel Issam last week on July 4. Daniel, a name that currently ranks as the 7th most popular boy's name in America, is named for his mother's brother according to PEOPLE.com. Issam is a an Arabic name. Daniel joins older sister Milan Hayat and older brother Jagger.

Never was a fan of the name Daniel but I find it endearing that they named the baby after his uncle. The middle name is not really a good name. Does not sound Arab and looks to me like a hick name.
I understand they chose Daniel after a family member, but it doesn't fit the sib set AT ALL, maybe they should have flipped it and made it Issam Daniel or something. Milan and Jagger are just such 'rockstar' names and then you have...Dan. But that's just my opinion. Congrats to them on having a healthy baby all the same.
