Have Kim and Kanye Picked A Baby Name Already?
This year's most anticipated baby name is shaping up to be Kim and Kanye's, but have they already revealed their pick? Handbag.com and The Stir are reporting that not only is Kim certain it will be a girl, but that her and Kanye have settled on a name with personal significance to them. And it doesn't begin with a K!
They've only moved down the alphabet by one letter though. Apparently, the name they have chosen is Liv. The first thing to come to mind for us is actress Liv Tyler, however Julianne Moore also has a daughter named Liv, born in 2002. It also makes us think of names that Liv serves as a nickname for, such as Olivia and Olive, the latter of which Drew Barrymore recently chose for her daughter.
The name is recognizable, but certainly not popular. Not yet anyway. According to The Stir, Kim Kardashian is not only a fan of Liv Tyler, but Liv is also the name of her favorite nightclub in Miami. In this day and age, we really do get name inspiration from all sorts of things, so why not a nightclub?
Since it seems these rumors have originated in the Daily Star almost a month ago, it's very possible they are completely bogus, but so far, Liv doesn't seem out of the realm of possibilty.

Well another publicity stunt..! I cant really understand as to why these people take each and every opportunity they get to propel themselves into the limelight. It is high time that Kim learned of the role of being a mother at least for the sake of her child.

I'd like to know what part of the name Liv makes their choice a publicity stunt. First, the name isn't set in stone, second, it's not a crazy name. I think it's cute.
If the baby takes Kanye's last name, Liv West is a nice sounding name. I could imagine a woman growing up in Cali with that name. Best of luck to that soon to be spoiled child. May she grow gracefully. :)
Liv is great! Definitely not what I would expect. Although naming a baby after a night club is pretty ridiculous.
Liv is my daughter's name that I named her in 2008 and I did get it from Liv Tyler. I absolutely love it and get so many compliments on it and I love the fact that it's not popular and I hope it remains that way, but if they do name their daughter this it just might change.
