New Baby for 'Price is Right' Model
Model Rachel Reynolds and baseball player David Dellucci welcomed their first child on Jan. 13, the couple's third wedding anniversary. The Dellucci family now has a multigenerational tradition of alliterative names. R-combination Rachel Reynolds and D-combination David Dellucci have passed on their double initials to their daughter, Ruby Rey Dellucci.
Ruby is a top name in Wales and England, but hasn't broken into the top 100 in the USA for more than seventy years. Here, it's most popular on the West Coast, where the couple lives - Rachel is best known for her role on game show The Price is Right, filmed in Hollywood.
We especially love Ruby's middle name, Rey, a tribute to her mother's maiden name of Reynolds. This unusual spelling feminizes the traditional boy name Ray. It also references traditional first names such as Reynard, which means "strong judgement".

Rey does NOT feminize Ray. Rey is a boy's name, of Spanish origin, which means King.
For me, I don't care about the name of my baby as long as it doesn't sounds like intimidating, it fine. But most of the times I get my baby name from drama essay structure, with their casts.
Agreed. The female spelling of Ray is Rae or Raye.
