Former ER cast member and Bend It Like Beckham star Parminder Nagra and her husband James Stenson welcomed their first child, a son named Kai David Singh Stenson on Tuesday May 19, 2009, according to a report in Us Weekly.   Kai is a fast-rising name that ranked 229th on the annual Social Security popular names list this year.
