'Little People, Big World' Stars Zach & Tori Roloff Are Parents: All the Details!

Tori Roloff Zach Roloff Little People Big World

Little People, Big World stars Zach and Tori Roloff are parents! The reality star couple welcomed their first child, a boy, on May 12, and they took to social media to share the happy news and a family photo just yesterday. The little boy's name is Jackson Kyle Roloff, and the proud mom and dad announced that he weighed in at 9 lbs, 1 oz, and 20.5 inches long.

"Baby and mother are doing great and Jackson [has] already mastered holding daddy's fingers and snuggling with mom! He is adorable and Tori and I are loving being parents," Zach said in a statement reported by People.

Check out the sweet announcement photo Tori posted to Instagram:

"Mom and Dad are so in love with you already," Tori captioned the photo.

When the Roloffs learned that they were expecting, they had an emotional conversation about whether or not their son would have dwarfism, or achondroplasia, like his dad. (Tori does not have the condition.) In a preview for the season 12 premiere of the TLC reality show that aired in April, Zach notably said, "What am I going to say? 'Oh yeah, I want a dwarf baby? I can't wait for that kid to be bullied.'"

Tori had similar concerns, sharing in one episode that it was "scary" to think that her child may have dwarfism, elaborating that "no parent wants to hear that their child is different, no matter what that is." Zach's response was that dwarfism wouldn't make their LO "different" -- it would just mean he was like his dad.

What followed were moments of confidence and concern, like when Tori had said at one point in another episode of LPBW, "I do not feel prepared one iota." (But hey, that's something every first-time parent feels, right?)

But now that Jackson's here, it looks like the beautiful family of three is already finding its way. And soon enough, they'll be in the same boat as Zach's twin brother, Jeremy! He and his wife, Audrey, are expecting a baby girl. No doubt this family will be there for one another for all the celebrations and stressors of this new chapter. Congratulations to Zach and Tori!

I love this adorable couple. Congratulations to them! Baby Jackson is a lucky baby born to such sweet parents. My only concern is teasing he might get with the name. Jack Off could very well be a nn mean kids give him. With the last name Roloff, I don't like the name Jack with it. Perhaps they will stick with calling him Jackson but good luck when he's in school. It will be Jack all the way. Jack Roloff = Jack Off. Sorry Zach!
